Booking Terms and Conditions
Bookings can be made for tables inside only. We do not reserve tables outside or for drinks only.
Dogs are allowed in certain areas where you can reserve tables for food. Please advise us if you are bringing a dog with you when booking. Failure to advise us may result in you being seated in a non-dog friendly area and we may not be able to move you to a dog friendly table.
Please advise us of any dietary requirements or special requests such as highchairs in advance and also upon arrival.
Tables of between 5 or 9 people are subject to a £5.00 per person deposit. Tables of 10 or more people are subject to a £10.00 per person deposit. This is payable upon booking, and will be deducted from your bill after your meal.
Any person cancelling more than 72 hours before the booking date will be entitled to 100% refund of their individual deposit.
Any person cancelling less than 72 hours before the booking date will lose their individual deposit.
We may be able to do a one-time transfer of your booking to a later date to prevent you losing all or part of your deposit subject to us being notified a minimum of 5 days’ notice and subject to availability on the new date chosen. However, if the second date was then cancelled at any point regardless of notice, no refund will be given.
A pre-order is required for all tables of 8 or more at least 7 days before the date of dining.
All menus are subject to availability and may change at any time.
Please do not turn up for your booking more than 5 minutes before your booking time.
Tables of 10 or less have a 2 hour time slot. Tables of 11 or more have a 2 ½ hour time slot. If you require a longer time slot please speak with the management team.
We have the right to ask you to vacate your table once your time slot is over. We do not accept extended time slots if people from the booking are running late. However, if the issue is down to the company we will adjust your time slot accordingly.
We have the right to alter your booking time by up to 15 minutes after your original booking time.
